Health and Safety

At TC & Co the well-being of each and every operative on our worksites is our upmost priority. We strongly believe everyone should end the day in the same fit state as they started. For this reason we invest heavily in Health and Safety measures to ensure we keep everyone safe.

We've worked hard to establish an excellent health and safety record here at TC & Co and are consistently reviewing and updating our training and RAMS in line with the latest industry legislations. We contract third-party safety officers to audit our practices on top of our regular site inspections. As well as investing in new plant and tools to help us improve safe practice in every area of our business, the training of our operatives is key to maintaining the consistently high safety standards that our clients have come to expect from us.

At TC & Co we do not tolerate unsafe practices on our worksites under any circumstances. So, as well as in-house training all of our operatives hold NPROS, CSCS or CPCS cards. Ensuring at least one member of staff on site also holds a CITB - SMSTS qualification. These are just a few of the reasons why leading Health and Safety regulators endorse our practices.
